Should You Directly Criticize Someone

No, You should never criticize someone directly. However, what you can do is,

First speak about your mistakes. For example, if your friend doesn't come on time anywhere or he is a  poor time Manager Don't criticize him directly, no good will come out of it. While that's that try tell him about your mistake like when you where about to go to an important meeting of your life and you encountered an unfortunate time management crisis which resulted in lost of the meeting being cancelled and the person you where meant meet is exposed to anger. Now, after telling him an example like this tell him that he is not on time sometimes and this is a bad habit. You'll see that you have greater chances of changing him than the first option of criticism.

I really love Google AdSense which maybe the best in the industry but, there are a lot of guidelines to be followed when it comes to Google AdSense and you can't to do whatever you want in your blog.
