WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT YOURSELF MATTERS

I bought this book from BOOKCHOR,  at first I was very much pissed off by the delivery which took a painful 16 days, while I ordered the book on 6th September and received the book on 22nd September as I was out that day I had to collect the book the next day which after a lot of drama at the FedEx office where the delivery guy missed my book and then, I got after a few hours and a couple of visits. Now, you can see why I was pissed off. After getting the book my anger was chilled the note below,

It's really very nice how they time the time to write this hand-written notes. I have heard this but, this is the first time I'm doing business with them and I thought this would be worth mentioning. This funny part is that they still haven't changed my delivery status and it's been like a month or so. This worries me a lot as a have received the correct book, in this case, its ok. However, if there are some mishaps I doubt their customer service would do good.

As A Man Thinketh

I was a skeptic at first and I literally didn't what he was going to tell in this book ( I have a menial mind) and left this book in the cold for some days. After which I realized the second time around while reading this book in a peaceful mind. It's a poetic ( at least for me it was) and vividly and strongly how this book rubs on you that you suddenly talk about it all of a sudden when you see someone feeling that they have lost everything in life. The book is 72 pages and those aren't little to change your mind. I think the latter stages of the book was very special to me.

It's always been you and you alone have the power to shape your mind. Just like a gardener cultivates his plot, keeping it free from weeds, growing the flowers and fruits which he requires, so may a man tend the gardener of his mind, weeding thoughts, and cultivating toward perfection, the flowers and fruits of right, useful, and pure thoughts. By pursuing this process, a man sooner or late discovers that he is the master-gardener of his soul, the director of his life. He also reveals, within himself, the laws of thought, and understands with ever-increasing accuracy, how the thought-forces and mind-elements operate in the shaping of his character, circumstances, and destiny. This is my favorite phrases in his book. 

Their are a lot of lines in this book which will inspire you and it is a step-by-step process of how you should first nurture your thoughts first till the serenity stage of life. This is a book on self-control what it gives you and what it makes you to achieve. 

James Allen is a man who writes his experiences in life and this first book is his best-seller. This book was written in the early 1900's and the fact that this book is being published even today tells a lot about this book.
